S8, Having a problem with HID

Hello everyone i m having a problem wit my s8 controller. I can hear the music thru my headphones but the display on left and right does not show the music playing. It has something to do with HID. I have tried pressing shift and back buttons but nothing happens. Will greatly appreciate your help.

Hey!

I would try to reset the settings back to the default and map it again before assuming it's a worse issue. If after resetting the configuration, the problem persists, let me know.
