So I've got FIVE instances of Native Access going in the background - what do I DO with it!?!?!

Dear Anyone.

Wanted to get my hands on Komplete Start, the free version, got told I had to download Native Access. Which I hadn't heard of, but I did it.

So now I've got FIVE Native Accesses going, as you can see, but there's no - I don't know the techie name - communication window, nothing to type into or interact with, just five instances of it running in the background at once.

What do I DO with the background program, is it downloading Komplete Start automatically someplace (can't find it if it is, sorry I'm not techier!) If it ISN'T, how do I open a communication with it so I can tell it that's what I want? If it IS downloading it automatically, how do I redirect the download to my external drive, cos my Drive C:'s too full to put Komplete Start on?

It seems like that's normal. I've just run NA here then checked Task Manager, and sure enough it shows as 5 separate processes.

native access , is a licence manager , to the left of the window , you will have a tabs for , owned products , updates , add serial , underneath there’s some other tabs for maintenance, settings etc

You only need 1 instance, not sure how you’d open 5 of them .

In settings you can change the download location , app location , and library location

You want to keep the app location as the default, but libraries can be installed on another drive ( libraries take up the most space )

Now you have native access, go back to the komplete start page , click download for free , log in with the same account details as you do with native access , and click get software, it should then show up in native access , fyi komplete start contains various plugins , which are listed on the web page
