Machine+ standalone with external controller

Hi,

I would like to mute patterns or groups on my maschine+ standalone with an external controller (food switch) so I can control it while playing an instrument. I can't find anything to that topic on the Internet. Did anybody have instructions how to do it?

It should be possible.

But with M+ things are not so straightforward: since you cannot midi learn things directly in Standalone, you must create a project on the computer, midi learn things, save it, export it to M+ and only then your controller should be able to do what you midi learnt
