You can download the drivers for the Audio DJ 4 here - https://www.native-instruments.com/en/support/downloads/drivers-other-files

Looks like you're on Windows so the device should work OK with the older drivers.

You can download a trial of Traktor Pro 4 to try it and make sure it works with your system from here - https://www.native-instruments.com/en/products/traktor/dj-software/traktor-pro-4/free-trial/

Audio 4DJ is an audio interface. To use it you don‘t need to register it. It isn‘t supported on Macs anymore since macOS 10.12; effectively it will work on Windows only (or on old Macs).

If you want to mix music you need Traktor Pro (or another DJ software). If your device came with a Traktor licence I expect it was Traktor (Scratch) Pro 1 - not sure if you even get this running on Windows these days. You can contact support to transfer the license but honestly that is useful only to get a discount on a Traktor Pro 4 license.
