52 requests?! That should be eligible for some kind of award!

"You have had 52 requests, a lot of times you created multiple requests about the same issue, slowing the process even more. "

The reason for this is you make people wait for someone to answer live chat rather than just let them submit a ticket. I have had to wait for 20 minutes sometimes when I would have rather just submitted a ticket.

Making a complaint should be enough for you to figure out an escalation is necessary and that your system isn't working but if anything its got a lot worse as time goes on. AI chatbots NEVER make things better.

The fact that you said that this was being escalated to someone senior and yet there is still no response says a lot.

"This kind of personal attacks does not show you in your best light. "

You have been unpleasant from the start of this issue, if you don't want to provide support just say so and advise people to use the Community forum.

Have you been to the Native Instruments Trustpilot page? Justify that score.

    PoorFellow,

I've done a full reinstall and a lot of things are working but there are still some issues so I'll hvae to wait for support to get back to me.
