I purchase these for my MPC live 2. I received the serial numbers for each. The instructions are as follows: Connect your MPC hardware to Wi-Fi Log into your inMusic Profile on the MPC Go to Preferences > Activations Press “ENTER SERIAL”, type the serial number above, and press “REGISTER” However the the serial numbers I received in my email are 30 characters long and the MPC activation inMusic Profile on the MPC only allows for 25 characters. What am i doing wrong?

I apologize for the confusion. Initially, I thought that was the issue, but it turned out not to be the case. After contacting Akai support, I learned that you first need to download the InMusic App and register your software there. Then, you can log in to your InMusic profile on your MPC hardware to activate it. Unfortunately, I only use Linux, and it appears that you cannot register the software on the InMusic website only in the app.
