zip file vs rar file one works the other does not

I purchased from Triple Spiral a bundle for Omnisphere my zip went in with no problem. the rar has issues .is it Safari issue? It says there is no application .

Try a program that works with RAR , e.g. the Unarchiver . There is also this trial of a tool but for Mac then it appear to be command line only (no GUI).
