I've had NI and Malwarebytes for years with no issues, not it's reporting these as Threats

AI is commonly known to hallucinate. I would not take seriously any AI based malware warnings.
Anyone that uses the term Artificial Intelligence without clarifying it's GENERATIVE AI is not being honest since generative AI is all that currently exists.
