Unable to use Voucher - "Voucher Code Does Not Exist"

After buying and registering a KK Keyboard I received an email from NI saying "Here's your $AU80 EVoucher". In the body of the email it says "To redeem, simply head to the NI online store, find your favorite Native Instruments software, add it to your cart, and paste in the code below at checkout".

You cannot actually copy the voucher code at the text is a hyperlink to NI and any attempt to click on the link just takes you to the store. So I went to the store, chose "Duets" ($AU79) and went to the Cart. At the first screen there is an option to add a voucher or gift card code. I entered the 8 character code (one numeric, 7 Alpha) as the Voucher Code. I got the message that this Voucher "does not exist" and said try again. I did, and got the same message over and over. (No chance I have keyed in the wrong code - I even had my partner double check)

I tried the NI support page and AI agent without luck. As I live in Australia the business hours don't align, so maybe I will get a response from support eventually, but just wondering if knows what I am doing wrong?
