You'll need to talk to support. They might be able to help out with a licence. You can do that here once you're logged into your NI account - https://bit.ly/n1acc. They'll ask you for a copy of your receipt and the serial number from the bottom of the unit. Please don't post those details here, wait until support request them from you.
The user's profile says they have Maschine, so IMO no registration should be required. Just plug it in to the computer.
I was thinking they might mean they just had a Maschine Jam, so wanted the software
