How do you Create Fade In and Fade Out in Maschine 3 Software
I am using Machine 3 Software. I have been unable to figure out how to Fade in and Fade out some instruments.
I have some clips and Instruments I would like to Fade In and then slowly Fade Out. Can't seem to. get this working and have been unable to find a Tutorial on how to do it in SOFTWARE.
This should be a very simple process and I see a Fade in/Out button on the editor, but they do nothing. Where can I find a STEP BY STEP guide.
Please I am NOT using any Hardware, only Software.
Thanks

so when you talking about samples specifically like let say a sampled piano, you can edit the fade in and out among other features such as normalisation, directly in sample mode, best way to get rid of pops and clicks at the beginning and end of a sample.
in track or song I'd just automate the volume to have a fade effect, and actually I'd suggest you to put a plug in with a gain option, to automate the gain output of so you will not have to ruin your mix balance.. but it optional.

Thanks for your help. So there's no way accomplish this simple task? The current process is quite complicated. There should be a Fader that is quite as easy to use without going through all this hoops.
In Adobe Audition and Logic Pro, these quite easy and straightforward things to do.
I hope Native Instruments comes up with an easy solution to this.

yes but this is a different set up, is not really a DAW as logic, is more a groove box with steroids haha
automation seems more complicated than what it seems, you just draw a line.I just suggested to you and extra step that makes your life easier, also in logic if you ever have to automate the volume, I suggest you to automate a gain plug-in output instead.
in metter of samples is the same regardless of the device or platform, you need to edit the fade in or out with in the sampler to avoid clicks. logic sampler helps you to find the transited or even better the zero crossing of the wave, Maschine as now doesn't have that feature, but most likely it will.0 -
Maschine is designed to be used with the controller attached, and some functions are not handy to operate without.
If you want to do fades of multiple instruments in a live performance, you could use either the encoders in the Mixer or Lock States.

You can automate the audio output of a track in the bottom lane. And draw it in.

You are passive aggressive and please understand me, I am older and I can't just tell you how but it's what I do for more than 6 Years now and it's what I do.
Please just be polite and positively charged, believe me I will share everything and that's more than enough literally every Genre.
It's possible and for me coming from Cubase it was something very easy to learn. Maschine MK3 was tied to Computer and I couldn't accept that it's not possible for the music and I took like a challenge and I learned everything in less than one week.
Please just be polite and you will get answer you are looking for with the video.
