Maschine Mikro MK3 - Display does not light up

Hello everyone. I have just received my MK3. After connecting it, all the elements light up briefly. Only the display remains dark. I can't find anything where I can switch it on. Who has a good tip? Or is it defective?

    Have you installed the Maschine software?

    Have you tried these steps? My Maschine Controller Does Not Start

    Das Display leuchtet auf minimaler Stufe. Es ist also kaum lesbar. Auch mit dem Schiebregler 'Brightness' im Controller Editor lässt sich die Helligkeit nicht einstellen. Der Regler steht auf 100%

    The display lights up at minimum level. It is also barely legible. The brightness cannot be adjusted using the "Brightness" slider in the Controller Editor either. The slider is set on 100%

    Is it when the Maschine software is on?

    Is it the setting you mean?

    If the Maschine software is not on, the display will stay dark, you then need to put the Mikro MK3 in MIDI mode by pressing the SHIFT and Maschine logo on the device.
