Problems with Layout options and lost music collection

Hello everyone,

if anyone can help me to solve a problem with Traktor pro version 4.01.1.

After new update I can’t find my music collection and all my playlists.

At first open of new version I selected to load collection from previous version but something going wrong.

I’ve reinstalled a lot of times.

Another bug is in the “layout manager” there is only “default mode” and no other options available.

I can find tsi files of 9 type of layouts on my pc but they are not viewable in Traktor and I can’t see a function to load it.

So you had an older version, started the new one and during the import something happened?

In ~/Documents/Native Instruments/ you should be able to locate all the Traktor collection folders from current and previous installation. I would move the Traktor 4.1.1 folder to somewhere else, so it's gone from that directly. And then start Traktor again. Now it should start the update from scratch. If that is successful you can delete the folder that you moved.
