Issue with Analog Lab in Komplete Kontrol 3.4 runing on Studio one 7

Hello,

I have a display issue with the last version of Komplete Kontrol (3.4.0)
It happens when i open KK in Studio One 7, and then open Analog Lab Pro inside KK (i do like that for nks support reasons).
Ths VST interface is bugging and not usable. See screenshot.
But, It only happens on Studio one 7: it works well in stand alone, in Ableton, in Cubase, in Reapper…
The issue happens with all Arturia plugins i tried, and only Arturia. All external vst display well inside KK.

So I tried to reinstall KK with a older version available in some threads here (3.3.2) and it works fine again in studio One.

Is there anything i can do myself? by deleting some configuration files?
or my only solution is to ask for the 3.3.4 version to the NI support, that was working smooth for that usage?

@Charles5982 What are your display settings in Windows? 100%, 125%? What is your resolution? What kind of monitor do you have? High DPI? 4k?

It's not a matter of resolution in windows as it works fine in standalone, in ableton, and other daw… and works fine withe the 3.3.4 version of KK

Maybe but these details would be needed for us to try and reproduce the issue. This kind of issue is usually linked to those settings, this is why we're asking.

Hmm - interesting that this works in 3.3.2 but not in 3.3.4.

And that you can load Analog Lab in Komplete Kontrol at all - unless - you are using the Freelance Soundlabs custome user templates for Komplete Kontrol?

Arturia does not supply a native NKS implementation of Analog Lab V to my knowledge.

Do you own a Komplete Kontrol MKIII keyboard? I am using KK v2.9.6 here in Studio One and my Freelance Labs versio of Analog Lab NKS loads just fine.

I understand, so screen resolution is 2560*1600, ratio 150% in windows.My monitor is 2k (it's a laptop).

Actually it works with all versions of KK except the last 3.4.0.
I use the Freelance Soundlabs template, but with or without the template, that doesn't change the display issue. I use a MK2 keyboard btw.
I reinstall everything : Analog lab, KK, SO7, and still same problem.

ok so i found the problem: the "high DPI" settings has to be desactivated.
What's surprising is this issue only appears with the last version 3.4.0. Before it worked well…
