Exported .WAV Files changes Waveforms

Hey Guys
I really hope someone can help me out, I'm really getting frustrated and thinking about changing my Production setup, because Maschine has been a headache for me…
Here are my 2 main Problems:
I'm producing Songs in Maschine, then exporting the Files as .WAV, so I can mix in Logic Pro X.
I noticed, as soon as I load the files into Logic, the Waveforms seems to have random peaks at different points in the song, even if its the same 4 Bar Loop over and over again. For example it looks fine the whole time, but then let's say at 1:30, the same Loop has a weird peak (sometimes almost clipping). It happens also with samples, let's say a 4bar piano loop from splice. I can see the waveform looks normal in Maschine itself, but after exporting and loading it into Logic, the waveform seems to look different and adding random peaks at random points (sometimes only on one side, see attached picture, its only the left channel side on a stereo track…)
Sometimes even the waveform of a kick looks slightly different every single hit.
Note: I do not use any effect-plugins in Maschine, i export everything dry with plenty of headroom. No Plugins on the Master either.
Problem Nr. 2: I noticed, that I adds a slight delay ("dead space") to my tracks. The Kick for example is not perfectly on the grid, it's slightly later. Happens to every single Track/ Instrument, no matter if it's a sample or VST.
I work on a MacBook Air M1, 16gb Ram. I'm using Logic Pro X and Maschine 2, with Maschine Mikro MK2. I have all my sessions in 44.1khz, as all my samples are 44.1. I export in 24bit. Please note, this happened with my old intel Macbook aswell. I update always to the latest versions.
If anyone knows what's wrong here, I would greatly appreciate help! Thx in advance.

@swissarmyknife Can you share screenshots of the settings here?
If you export the audio with Maschine 2 in standalone, do you get the same behaviour when exporting?

Hey Jeremy
thx for chiming in!
This is how it looks:
I forgot to mention, that I use Maschine always as standalone. I always use these export-settings, because most of the one-shots samples in Maschine are 44100 Hz 24bit.

And what's the sample frequency used for the Maschine 2 and Logic softwares? Have you tried to export at other sample frequencies or bit depth? Does it change anything?

Maschine Projects and Logic Projects are 44.1 kHz aswell.
I will try using different sample rates and bit depth, that's actually a good idea to troubleshoot. I will get back to you. However it's still strange… Here I have another example of how the Waveform looks different every single time, even if it's the same one-shot sample. Check this out:

By the way, I just noticed, it can't be a Problem with Logic:
I exported the Files from Maschine, and loaded the samples back into the Maschine-Software. And there I could see the same thing: The Waveforms changed. The Original Sample-Waveform looks different than the one I exported. So I guess we can narrow it down to a Maschine Problem.

Yeah, it's very likely a Maschine issue. I've contacted you by email, we'll need some more data so my colleagues can look into it.

Thx for the support Jeremy, I really appreciate it. I need a little bit time and prepare everything you asked for in the mail - I will get back to you as soon as possible!
