Problem downloading Century Strings

Dear NI Support Team, and members of the NI community, I'm following-up on my previous posts here and contacts with the NI Support Team through the chat service. I've created a support ticket and sent three times the debug files as requested, but I haven't heard back. Can you please help me resolve this problem and download Century Strings? I've been trying to download it for over a month now. Many thanks in advance!
