BEATPORT STREAMING NOT WORKING

Hello guys! Any of you experiencing trouble with linking beatport to DJ software? I can't use it neither in traktor or rekordbox. Anytime I try to load a song the software gives me the message: File can not be played : the file may be missing, corrupt or unsuported.
I'm not downloading any music, just streaming!!! Never been through this before and i tried reinstalling the program and even start a beatport subscription in another account, but nothing worked! Now I can't play Shhhhhhh..T and couldn't find any solutions to my problem.
Anyone been through this and can help me out, please?
