Firmware update X1 Mark3

I just bought Traktor X1 Mk3 and Traktor pro 4 and have registered everything on Ni I was asked to firmware update my X1 mark 3 now I have no contact for it

What should I do now?

You'll have to navigate to this and find your operating system, then download the firmware updater.

plug in your X1 and run the firmware updater and it should load it up straightaway
