Hello. I'm using Ethereal Earth from Native Instruments, and I've been having an issue going through presets where one of the layers will be playing the wrong note. I went to look into it more and I found a YouTube video where the person had different parameters than I did. In a different point of the video, they had the same ones I have pictured, but there was also a transpose option that I don't have, which I assume is the cause of the incorrect notes.

I'm on version 2.1.1; I got it bundled with Kontakt 7 if I recall, but I don't think it's a trial/stripped-down version. Is there a way to change the parameters at the bottom? I've gone through the plugin and the manual but can't find anything. The YouTube video version also doesn't have the options in the top right corner, so I figure it's not a 2.0 exclusive feature. You can make some changes to them. I'd suggest a read through the manual which you can find here - https://www.native-instruments.com/fileadmin/ni_media/downloads/manuals/play-series/ETHEREAL_EARTH_Manual_English_05_10_2020.pdf, in particular the Macros section starting at page 30.

To demonstrate what I'm talking about by "wrong note" better, here is the pattern; these are from the same preset, playing the same MIDI, but one of the layers is playing it transposed down it sounds like, which makes it dissonant from the chords I'm playing.

Which is the transpose option you're looking for that you can see in the first screenshot? I can only see the overall transpose button at the top right next to the level meters which should be present in your screenshot if you scrolled the instrument to see it. The only thing I can see that you might be mistaking for a tune option is where it says 0.00 ST which is actually what you see if you click the "Vibrato" knob with the mouse, or likely when you turn the knob on the keyboard if it's plugged in which mine isn't at the moment. Do you have the same "Eternity" patch loaded, as there are a couple of controls labelled differently in your screenshot to the first one.

Ah, you're probably right about that being the vibrato knob. It was on the screen very briefly so I didn't see it say vibrato haha. I have a different patch than Eternity loaded, but I'm wondering if I can change the settings at the bottom or if they're exclusively pre-made for presets. As for the dissonance issue I can find a workaround if there isn't a transpose knob.
