You will need to consider an OS upgrade. Big Sur is no longer supported.

Yes. Big Sur was retired in Nov 2023 by Apple.

For best experience - for your NI products - you will need to get your hardware to at least OS12 - and if that is not possible - new hardware running a supported OS (Sequoia etc)

So I can not use my machine mk3 with getting a upgraded MacBook?
