Headphones not working

Hello.

I have Traktor S4 Mk1 and I can´t get any sound in my headphones. When I push the browser utton, the next track is playing out from the speakers. And when I turn the headphone volume knob the sound switches between Deac A and Deck B, still from the speakers.

Does anyone have a clue?

Magically, no. We still need to see your preferences and audio device settings to have a clue :)

My Native Access hasn't received an update for along time, and when Mt Traktor Pro 4 boots up it is saying some of the connected devices need to be updated. Haa anyone encountered this problem and might be able to advise ?

I thought Native Access updated .ost of your equipment.
