Beatport link grid issue

I’ve had Beatport link x Traktor4 issues in the past and cancelled my BP subscription due to it. In hopes they fixed the issues . I recently resubscribed but the issue still persist where (THE BEGINNING OF THE TRACK IS MISSING A SEGMENT) resulting in the grid being off. It actually seems to be a Traktor issue, because I loaded the same track on rekordbox without the same issue. Not all songs have this problem but many do. Maybe the best way to solve this is to put a small gap in the beginning to be able to set a proper first grid marker.

    I really want to reach out to an admin here to resolve this ongoing issue with Beatport link. I want to have a modular set up associated with Beatport link but the current problems with missing track data has made me abandon the preferred set up I want to preform with.
