Traktor Pro 3.9 all playlists incl. backup lost

Dear NI Community,

I am DJ since 2004 working with NI Traktor Kontroll S3 and Traktor Pro.

In 2023 I updated to Traktor Pro 3. My last DJ session on 25/01/25 worked without any problems. Yesterday I opened Traktor Pro 3 and all my playlists lost inkl. settings.

I checked the chats and tried to find my settings and collections in backup files.

But the are also lost. There are no collections in my backup and no settings. Who can help me?

    Where was the previous version installed?
    Did you try to relocated / redirect the installation path and file locations from within settings?

    What I normally do is create a separate sub directory for each installation v371, v380, v390, etc. and keep the Tracks, Samples, Stems and Recordings outside of those sub directories.

    Create a new and empty sub directory for each new version, and choose it manually during installation. After that you can delete any previous version. I would keep the last two, and the latest version known as most stable. That way you can always perform a rollback.
