Effects are not downloading

I've tried to download two effects plugins, Raum and Phasis on my M1 Mac. Applications folder shows the documentation folder only, but no actual application. I've tried re-installing from Native Access with no change. So far, downloaded Reactor 6, Kontakt, Kontakt 7 and 8, Komplete Kontrol and Massive have all arrived in applications folders as applications, but the effect folders have only the documentation- no application.
Same is true of the two Plugin Alliance apps I've downloaded, for that matter: bx_crispytuner and bx_oberhausen. Doc folders, but no app.
I've looked all over my computer, googled and searched the NI forum. Any guidance would sure be appreciated!

@Phillipe As @LostInFoundation said, there are no standalone applications for the effects, they only exist as plug-ins you can use in your DAW. Kontakt is different, it is an instrument and has a standalone application. That's why you only find documentation for the effects. RAum and Phasis are available in various plug-in formats, AU, VST3, AAX, you can find the plug-ins like any other plug-in in these locations:
Macintosh HD > Library > Audio > Plug-Ins > Components
Macintosh HD > Library > Audio > Plug-Ins > VST3
Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Avid > Audio > Plug-Ins

Thank you!! In the AUDIO > PLUGINS area, I found .components, .VST and .VST3
In APP SUPPORT > AVID > etc, I found .aaxplugin
Seems I can access them in Ableton and Komplete Kontrol, but not the Kontakt players or Reactor. Shouldn't I be able to access effects plugins in Reactor? But at least I've been able to get some to open somewhere and I know they're actually there- that's something! Still so much to figure out.
Thanks again, Phil

Effects are not same as applications. Only the plugin versions will be installed.
(Same should be valid for the w PA: they are plugins)
This also means you cannot open them in standalone, but just inside a DAW (or a program like Komplete Kontrol)

Native access says they've been installed, and I have folders names "Raum" and "Phasis," but there's nothing other than the license agreement in any of the folders.
I've looked in every location listed for Raum and Phasis. The folders in the applications files have folders labeled "documentation," containing the licensing agreements- nothing else. The folders in Documents> Native Instruments> Kontakt7> presets>effects> (Raum or Phasis) have subfolders, but there's nothing in those subfolders. Wouldn't the plugin programs be somewhere in a Raum or Phasis folder? If not, where are they?
If they were on my computer somewhere, wouldn't they also be shown in Komplete Kontrol, or Kontakt7, Kontakt8, or Reactor6?
Also, the application folders for bx_crispytuner and bx_oberhausen contain manuals (pdf), but no programs.
Again, any thoughts about this are appreciated!

Kontakt and Reaktor should also show up in Ableton. If the plug-ins are present in the folders but not in Ableton, make sure that Ableton, Reaktor and Kontakt all have full disk access: How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS
If that doesn't help you can try the following: https://help.ableton.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000349184-VST-AU-plug-in-doesn-t-appear-in-Live-s-Browser

Kontakt and effects VSTs show up in Ableton, but the effect VST's don't show up in Kontakt or Reactor. (Raum and Phasis- the only ones I've downloaded so far, as I want to make sure I can use them before taking up more drive space)
I've seen videos where people put effects in Reactor, so it seems they should show up at least in Reactor, but they're nowhere to be found in Reactor or Kontakt. Not sure if they should/would work in Kontakt, though seems one should be able to apply external effects to sampled sounds using Kontakt's AUX bus system.

I'm confused here.
Kontakt is only an instrument. You can't load other VSTs inside Kontakt. Kontakt has it's own internal effects.
Reaktor has a Reaktor 6FX VST3 plug-in. The Reaktor 6 AU can be used as an instrument or an effect, it depends what you load in Reaktor, an instrument or an effect.
