All collection.nml files (also backups) deleted after crash

I’m on the latest Traktor Pro 4 Version and recently had a crash when starting the STEM separation of a track. I restarted Traktor and my collection was gone. I checked for collection.nml file and it was a fresh new collection. Wanted to replace it with an older collection file from the backups, but the backup was empty. Luckily I made a backup just a couple of days before so not much was lost.
Anyone else who experienced sth. like that?
