Can not load Instruments

    Thank you for the response.

    I did not use relocate ( I don't see anything that says relocate)

    I moved the libraries to the desired hard drive and then change the location of the libraries in the Preferences.

    Removed the previous hard drive and restarted my laptop. Now all the libraries came up with "repair" and I did. Now it's pointing to the right location but still doesn't work.
