I bought two new products, they have serial numbers but I cannot see them in Native Access and I cannot download them.
I suspect (from various reports) NA has some issues lately.
Have you tried manually inserting the serial in NA? (you can find your serial in NI website under your account/ My products and Serials).

thanks a lot for response but I’ve also tired manually my serial number but it’s not working.
