I get this error every time I try to download from native access. I followed the step it told me to take and still the same thing. Anyone with a solution?

I had to check your profile to see that you're using a "Mac mimi" (sic). What OS is installed? What version of Native Access are you using? What are you trying to download? Where are you trying to download it to?
What "step" did you follow?
Are you using a wired network connection or wifi? How much free drive space do you have? Are you trying to download multiple products at once? What's your internet speed?
