Maschine Mikro MK3 Software not listed in Native access

Hi all,
I am really frustrated after trying so many different ways to get this Maschine Mikro MK3 Software fixed. I have entered the serial number in the native access for 100 times and restarted and refreshed but still Machine 3 software is not showing. I bought the hardware a month ago - serial number didn't help and can't find the software. So I tried again today by download it from Native Instrument website for £89 and still it's not working. total waste of money. Can someone please help me to sort this? I can't use my Mikro 3 and I am really frustrated.
