Reinstall my Traktor Kontrol S4 MK1 and Traktor Pro S4 (Bttf 4 !! lol)

Hi Guys,

I'm facing a major issue: after switching from my 2009 MacBook, I want to reinstall the Traktor Kontrol S4 software. Unfortunately, the online registration page shows a 404 error. Although my software is correctly registered on Native Access, I no longer have access to Traktor app

I'm now on a Windows 11 PC, and I have two questions:

1. Is there a way to recover my original license?
2. Can I use the Traktor Pro S4 application available on the store, knowing it works correctly with my Kontrol S4 MK1? ( the demo works well but 30mn later ..LOL)

Seems like a registration issue, please get in touch with support providing details like the serial number.

Please be aware that if you were using pro 2 is not gonna be compatible with windows 11.
