finding "add serial" button

Hello. I am being instructed by the Orange Tree Samping registration page to find and click on the "add serial" button and add my number of The Famous E Electric Piano (purchased on their site) but I can't find the button here on Native Instruments anywhere! Where am I off or missing something?? Please help

It's in Native Access, you have to install it.

There you can add your serial, lower left side. Afterwards you should be able to install the product via Native Access.

Thanks. I have a 2022 macbook 13" retina display, which I understand does not have intel as old ones did, therefore, I should not install using intel, correct?

I never had a mac, but my trusty internet search found this:

You can also try the apple silicon install, if that fails then try the intel one.
