Temporary crash Pro 4

Hello,
With some driver problems I got Traktor Pro 4 to work. However, I now have that when using it within a minute it seems like Traktor crashes a few times with a loud KRSSHH
sound. Traktor then stops and runs again after a second. Traktor is installed on a new DELL pc with a USB2 and USB3 output.
The S4 runs great on my old Win10 with Traktor Pro2.
Does anyone have a tip?

Do you have another external soundcard plugged in at the same time?
The only time I have heard that annoying crash sound is when my other external soundcard was plugged in.
Which version S4 do you have?

Hi Zephry,
Thanks for your response!
There is no other sound card, I use the sound card of my S4 MK1 which works great on the Traktor Pro2 software (other old laptop Win10) and of course the standard soundcard of my new Win11 laptop. When the annoying crash sound is there, the software also stops for a moment, the music stops and continues after a moment. The disturbance is at full volume, so when I just open the volume a bit on the S4, the disturbance is incredibly loud. I have newly installed the software and drivers.
Thanks in advance for the help!0 -
The system is still not running well, my pc with a new i5 processor has 16GB of RAM.
If I increase the virtual memory it seems to get less, but this is of course very slow. The annoying drop out with a KRSSHH sound is still there. Does anyone have a tip, or would someone from NI like to contact me. My supplier is already talking about sending it back but I don't want to give up yet....0
