Maschine 2 Not in native access can't register, serial number was entered

Going through all the steps to connect my macshine 2 to native access when i put in the serial number it says I am now able to download the software but the software is nowhere in native access, this is very frustrating.

If there is a step by step document where I can connect my MASCHINE Mk2 HW register it and download the maschine 2 software that would be very helpful. It is not showing up in native access so right now I cannot use or license my MASCHINE Mk2 HW
