Native Access not remembering content locations

NOT on a network, but directly connected to an external drive and am have issues with Native Access forgetting where the Relocated or Downloaded apps are after a reboot. After a reboot I can check all the the Installation Paths in Native Access and the all are shown correct but I'm stuck with the Repair option on most—but not all—of my installed apps. I can do a Repair and respecify the same location and it becomes good again. But If reboot, some of these apps that I did a relocation on need a Repair again. It is an endless cycle. If I go into Kontakt 8, the same missing apps are missing from the menu. In Kontakt from the File menu, they all work. Smells suspiciously like a permissions issue on my Macbook.
