How to pre-activate loop with the Kontroller S3
I have a Pioneer DDJ-Sz and a Kontrol S8. If I have a track where one of the cue points is a loop, I can push SHIFT + Loop and when the track reaches the Loop point, the loop will automatically activate. This worked in all versions of Traktor. At present, I use Traktor Pro 4.
Somehow, this handy trick doesn't work with the S3 I just bought. Now pressing the loop button or the SHIFT + Loop buttons combo have the same result…it starts a loop where the playhead is.
Is there a way to adjust the mapping, so that Shift + Loop will 'pre-activate" the Loop that I set as a cue point?
Thanks for all your advice.

That's normal for the S3, just push move without shift, this will activate all existing loops without creating a new one at the playhead.

Thanks alot, indeed just pushing the Move button (and not the Shift + Loop button) pre-activates the loop. Another thing I have to get used to. Thanks again Sulherokhh and Darren of London

You don't need SHIFT, just press the MOVE encoder.

MOVE ENCODER (Press) toggles LOOP ACTIVE, which on the S8 is SHIFT+LOOP.
