i realized that i export the playlist of my tracks that have stems already but those dont export with the stems, i usually do all my stuff on my desktop pc and then i move it to my laptop for my shows, any suggestion?

You can try the following:
Copy your entire stem folder from the computer you did the stemming and paste it into the correct location on the other computer (for me it's D:\Music\Traktor\Stems).
Make a playlist of all the stemmed songs, move that playlist without the files to the new computer. Import playlist and relocate files. When prompted if you want the data from the file or playlist that's being imported, select playlist data, this carries the info about where the hidden stem file is located in the hashed out file directory for \Traktor\Stems.
I found I had to import the playlist with stem data twice usually for it to properly associate the stem files.
