Traktor 4.1.1 - windows 11

Hello
Im using Traktor 4.1.1 - windows 11 (all last versions and updates).
It´s the 3 time, all my playlists disappeared, the count of all songs was reset to zero. I made a backup, but I was unable to recover the playlists. The play count is not taking over the count.
