track playing jumps when I press other side cue

I use Traktor Pro 3 software and an S2 Mk3 controller, when I have mixed the tune from one side and then press the Cue button to stop the track the track that I mixed on the other side skips and or jumps a couple of beats, don't know how to fix this

    Heyo!

    Make absolutely sure your Cue point is set precisely on the first beat of the downbeat. Even a slight offset can cause jumps or skips when you use it. Zoom in on the waveform in Traktor to be absolutely sure. Also, A poorly analyzed beatgrid can also cause issues. Double-check the beatgrid of the track that's skipping. If it's not perfectly aligned with the beats, correct it manually in Traktor. Use the "Grid" and "Adjust Beat Grid" functions. Make sure the "downbeat" marker is correctly placed.

    Go in "Preferences" > "Transport" and check "Only On Air Decks can be Tempo Master"
