Relocation in progress hangs

Hi. I’m trying to relocate my libraries to an external drive. I went into the NI folder and copied the libraries to the new drive. Changed library location to the new drive in Native Access preferences. I hit relocate all and it just hangs. I hit cancel, and then hit relocate all again, and says Relocating 30 Libraries, and asks for a new location. Thanks for your help.

    Hi @mkell424 are you using Mac by any chance?

    Hey @mkell424 What format is your external hard drive ? Have you tried relocating product by product?

    Thanks for responding. I ended up moving the libraries manually to the external hard drive, then changing the path to the new drive. Pain in the ass, but it works.
