Midi Seems to be crossed somehow only while recording??

Upgraded to Maschine 3.0.1 and now have issues with recording midi. After I work on a new project, save it and come back to it and try and record over a same track after it's been deleted it seems the Midi Data is somehow still there? Once the track is armed and recording, while playing the new information does not receive. Only after recording is completed you can hear the recorded data but in a slightly off sequence than what was recorded.. Even after deleting all params like Sustain or velocity. Are there any other perams elsewhere to look for that may need to be deleted manually?? I've already verified it's not my setup as the same happens even after a fresh re-install of the MK3 software or going to another Project.

    Hey trhere, it's a bit tricky to fully grasp what's up here. Could you make a video and post it here? Or screenshots maybe? Also include more info, like what's your operating system? With what device are you recording MIDI? A Maschine controller, a keyboard?

    Can you also post a screenshot of your MIDI prefs in Maschine 3 software, Input & Output?
