Missing Komplete 11 Select

So I bought a 2nd hand Maschine Jam about 6 years ago and I'm planning to sell it now. I didn't use it all this time after my problem of missing software was not resolved.

This is a photo of the error that I still see now. While Komplete 11 Select was supposed to include MASSIVE, REAKTOR PRISM, SCARBEE MARK 1, SOLID BUS COMP, DRUMLAB, THE GENTLEMAN, VINTAGE ORGANS, MONARK, RETRO MACHINES MK2, WEST AFRICA, REPLIKA, I only am able to see this:

Similarly, neither Monark nor Prism can be loaded (I'm seeing the same error message).

Not sure what happened but the seller did get back in touch with me with a transfer ID that ended up being invalid and the issue was never resolved from back then.

I'm currently running on Windows 11, Native Access 3.16.0, and Maschine 2.18.4 and a Full License Type. I've tried keying in my Serial Number on the Jam again but nothing's changed. Hopefully someone has an answer about this, thank you!

    If OP has used Transfer ID, it becomes invalid. It may be used just once. SW should be on his account.

    The best would be to contact the Support, department of Licences.
