Cremona Quartet ensemble - I have the Solo Instruments

…so am I eligible for the discounted ensemble? I own KOMPLETE 15 STANDARD but I think the solo instruments came from KOMPLETE 14 STANDARD which I bought. Why is my account not offering me the Cremona Ensemble for 129CAD?

    Ah ok, that'd explain it. I'm not sure on the upgrade policies for NFR products so I'd suggest contacting support which you can do here - http://bit.ly/n1acc @Mert_NI or @Jeremy_NI might have a quick answer if they see this.

    The standard edition never contained the orchestral libraries. Looking at K15, you need Ultimate to get the Strad violin and Collector's to get the other Cremona instruments. That's according to the content list here - https://www.native-instruments.com/en/products/komplete/bundles/komplete-15-collectors-edition/compare/

    So, owning all of the Cremona solo instruments does not qualify me as having the full Cremona Solo Library? I don't know why that would be remotely a logical idea. As in: I have bought the whole collection as follows:

    Amati Viola, Stradivari Cello, Stradivari Violin and Guarneri Violin - this is not the same as owning the Cremona Quartet Solo series? I am so confused right now

    Did you buy the individual instruments? Or did you have Komplete Ultimate at some point? I'm confused, which doesn't take a lot I have to admit!

    Both - I don't remember the purchases - I once received Komplete Ultimate Collecters as a non upgradeable gift from NI for some feedback work I did on Native Access 2, but I am sure I made a purchase of the Quartet.

    Now that I look for the invoices I don't see any purchases for Cremona, so maybe it was part of that Komplete Ultimate Collector's Edition freebie.

    So does that mean I have to buy the full bundle?

    That sucks but I understand if so…

    Found the freebie: KOMPLETE 13 ULTIMATE Collectors Edition NFR - I am sure that's what gave me access to the Cremona solo, some time in 2021
