Komplete audio 6 mi2 on Mac - no 3/4 inputs and outputs

hello everyone,

I’m having a tedious issue with my Komplete audio 6 mk2 and my Mac mini m2 pro. Last os.

I’ve been owning the interface for more than a year and it always worked with no problems, two days ago I switched on my computer to record a few takes from instruments connected to a mixer connected to input 3 and 4 and I noticed that inputs and outputs 3 and 4 are no longer available. Also the description of the interface on the daw states 2 ins and 2 outs.

I tried pretty much everything I found online as possible solution (also in the audio/midi utility app there’s no trace of 3 and 4 ins and outs), but the problem still persists.

Can anyone help me out? The interface is also running the latest firmware btw.
