Why is this machine doing this?

    if you are using windows, and you have often used many various USB devices,

    windows has a habit of saving drivers into what would be considered a cache, within windows…

    the issue that comes about when you begin using more than 10 different devices, is that as a new device is added it pushes an old usb device out of an operating slot, and stores it in a cache…

    some usb controllers can access that cache…. some controllers cannot…

    so sometimes what happens with a usb hub on windows(mainly windows), the hub replaces the last operating slot, and everything connected onto the hub needs to be in the other 9 operating slots…. if its not in the 9 operating slots… its in the cache area

    try different usb ports directly, instead of using it through a hub, some controllers only like usb2.0 ports
