Maschine Mk3 Maschine 3.0

I am running Maschine 3.0 as a vst inside cubase.

Even though:

Maschine Track is not selected, Record is not armed , and monitor not enabled

If I hit the Maschine pads they still sound out.

Any thought how to configure it so that it does not do that? - Thanks

im guessing here….(using my reaper based knowledge)

is there a master/send ticked on the track, disable that should prevent any sound reaching the master of cubase,

if of course your group routings inside of maschine3.0 are being sent to another output instead of your master outs, then the above solution is already being bypassed & wont work

show us a screenshot of your maschineVST mixer output, showing the group level outputs if none of the above work
