Your Product is Missing the Base Product For This Serial

I recently bought Maschine 3 and every update that Maschine offers with it. No matter how many times and various way I enter the serial for Machine 3 it constantly comes back "your product is missing the base product for this serial" I'm not sure how that is possible when I have bought every option of Machine 3 software available. I can't get it out of "demo" mode no matter who I contact or how many times I delete and redownload Native Access. Please help.

    It sounds as if you've bought the upgrade from 2 to 3 rather than the full version. The base product would be Maschine 2, so if you never had Maschine 2, that's why you're seeing the message.

    That sounds about right. I did buy the updates first thinking it would save me money. So then the question becomes how do I get the Maschine 3 to work that I purchased?

    I would suggest contacting support and explaining, then hopefully they will allow you to purchase the full version for the difference in price.

    Hopefully but my thing is I already purchased every version/update for Maschine 3 including just the Maschine 3 software itself so to have to throw money at the problem would really be defeating.

    you need to contact support , because you’ve obviously misunderstood what you purchased, there are a few packages for existing maschine 2 license holders , you only buy 1 maschine 3 update or package depending on your needs

    The basic update $29 dollars is for maschine 2 users , who don’t want any extra content

    Then there is the update for maschine 2 user and extra content, ie maschine central expansion , massive etc

    Then there is maschine central expansion on its own , this doesn’t include the maschine 3 update

    Then there is the full software including maschine central expansion library @ $99 , this is for new users who don’t own a maschine 2 license, this is the package you should have brought
