Where can I download the Maschine app?

I accidentally deleted the Native Instrument software app from my laptop. I've downloaded all other apps and effects, expansions, kontakt, etc. from Native Access but I can't seem to find that one Maschine app. Everything was working just fine until I deleted the app.

Also I have the white Maschine MK2

You should see Maschine in Native Access. If you don't check that it's showing as available in your Native Instruments account on the web site - https://www.native-instruments.com/en/my-account/my-products-serials-downloads/

If Maschine isn't listed in your serial numbers and you think it should be you need to contact support here - https://bit.ly/n1acc

If you can see Maschine in your products but not in Native Access follow these steps

1. Quit Native Access and all other apps.

2. Open the following location on your computer:

macOS: Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > Service Center
Windows: C: > Program Files > Common Files > Native Instruments > Service Center

3. Delete only the file named NativeAccess.xml from the Service Center folder.

4. Start Native Access and click the refresh button.

AFAIK: If you have a Maschine 2 license, also set preferences Native Access to show legacy apps - otherwise Maschine 2 might be hidden.
