Just to be sure: I have bought the update for Kontakt 8 and don't see some iinstruments

The version I have installed now is 8.1.0 - I thought there should be some new tools inside like Conflux etc.

But I don't see them. Is there anything wrong with my version or how could I refresh and get it?

I have done the update download and installation via Native Access, worked fine

As in-directly suggested by VocalPoint then be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS (3.14 is too old)

If you were previously using Kontakt Player version then try uninstalling that and re-install Kontakt.

Else Conflux should appear in Native Access for installing , if it does not then try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access ,

If Conflux is installed in N.A. but does not show in Kontakt 8 then try reinitialize the KONTAKT Database

What OS are you running?

What version of Native Access?

And are you using Player? Or Kontakt Full?

I have updated from Kontakt 5 to Kontakt 8 Full, until today I used Kontakt 8 Player

And - what specific version of Windows 10? There are about 18 of them out there.

Must be 22H2.
