I bought a Komplete Control today used

I did not know I needed a license request. I have some documentation aboujt the sale, both before and after I took posession of the controller. I can't register the productr with the serial and device Id I inputted. I contacted the seller, but she claims it is her brothers. HOw shall I request help from NI, if all I have is this back and forth with the person who sold it, and the seriel and device ID numbers?

The seller said they will contact their brother, but soemthing tells me they have the cash and its not likely something they will execute for me.

WHat's next? The articles they offer are not particualrly helpful and my goal was to access my upgraded Komplete Ultimate 15 very directly (with Auturia and Roland Sound Cloud) .

    if you have some documents about the transfer you should contact support, they are the only ones that can help you with that kind of issue.
