Returning the wrong version - Komplete 15 SELECT - BEATS
I mistakenly purchased Komplete 15 SELECT - BEATS instead of Komplete 15 SELECT - BAND. I haven't downloaded, installed, or registered it. Is it possible to exchange it or request a refund? I tried to contact the Customer service without luck. I would appreciate it if someone can bring me some light. Thank you all for your help in advance.

Without luck means: No reply until now or they denied an exchange? If you contacted support just recently, keep calm. They have a back log due to holiday season and will surely come back to you soon.

Hi @maniacintosh81 I mean they haven't responded yet. I tried calling to the number on my purchase order but the phone is disconnected. It is frustrating because all I got was a chatbot and a disconnected line. Thank you for taking the time to respond. I hope NI can help me soon.
